Troubleshooting:

1. How do I pair with transmitter?

The BKM200 is paired with the transmitter before shipping. Power it on and it will pair automatically.

2. Do it compatible with Netflix?

BKM200 does not compatible with streaming tv / APPs.

3. How long does the battery last?

BKM200 can provide up to 20 hours of playback from a full charge.

4. Hear noise while using?

Do not power the transmitter by plugging the power cable into the TV’s USB port.

5. How do I charge them?

Charge your BKM200 by plugging in the included Type-C cable to the port on the bottom of the left ear cup.

6. Re-pair steps:

>Please rotate the antenna of the transmitter and take it out (to shorten the transmitting distance to avoid paring to other bluetooth device), turn on the BKM200 headphones (ensure it is blinking blue and red, need to turn off the Bluetooth of TV and your phone), then get power to the transmitter and long press the transmitter for 9 seconds to clear its pair record, they will auto repair within a few seconds, lastly, mount the antenna to the transmitter. If the BKM200 headphone was paired with others, you can clear its pairing records by charging it and then long pressing the volume “-” button for 6 seconds, it will flash blue light twice. Then pair the headphone with transmitter by double press the button of transmitter.
